Don't know about sugar, it would depend on the maker and the flavor, I suspect.
PV= personal vaporizer
PG= propylene glycol
VG= vegetable glycerine
The latter two are thickeners that aid in the production of vapor.

In fact, VG's sweet taste (while not containing sugar) is why its used in low and non-fat foods.

I know we're not supposed to use flavoring with oil or sugar, but I do wonder what makes some liquids sweeter than others..I think there has to be something more in there than just VG because there is still a good throat hit even in the low level nics, and PG is supposed to lower that sensation.
I wonder if it's possible to concentrate VG to get more sweetness and still keep the throat hit.
