Pay pal just turned down an order that I tried to make to heavens gift because of my account is funded thru my Amex..they want access to my bank account. I have an account that is funded with my social security check and I won't let anybody have access to that account..nothing goes into it except SS money. In the past my experience to verify a bank account a company put a.little amount of money into the account then you e-mail back the amount. With the world economy the way it is I keep this account virgin, no creditors ever will be able to levy the account should I someday tell them to kiss my arse. Is there another supplier that will take Amex directly for supplies, since all my other credit card companies tried in the past to raise my interest from 7-9% to 28.99 to 30% ..I opted out and kept the original interest, but agreed to never use the accounts again..I think it is criminal what the banks have been doing to us lately..I have never missed or been late on any payments and they said they were raising rates for profit reasons..That is why I have limited card use to Amex only. At least till they piss me off... |

The thing about Amex is that many merchants loathe it--and with good reason. Amex does not pay the merchants for 25 days. So, if you are going to have one card, Amex may not be the way to go. Why not get a pre-paid card you can load up with more money when necessary just for e-cigs/supplies? I definitely wouldn't give PP (or anyone else) access to my bank account.... |

We use a pre-paid card for anything we purchase online. And another prepaid card for purchases while we are out and about. Honestly for the meager charges they want it is well worth it for the security they provide IMHO I think the one we use for online is calle MIO mastercard and you can pick one up at any Dollar General or something. Costs like 4 bucks to put money on it - any amount from 20 bucks to 2000 bucks doesn't matter. No extra fees or charges. Anywho I highly recommend pre-paid for online stuff. It has already paid off for us on one occasion. Take care, - Hap | |

After much searching and sniffing around I found a supplier that took my amex directly and at a reasonable price. They also had very good reviews posted..so my 501 is almost on the way..My hat is off to E-SMOKE TREATS..now i can start building a reserve should the government show there usual ways of Fascism. and Pay pal can take a hike..

You have chosen well, Grasshopper. E-Smokey Treats is a good supplier.
