So i've had an NPRO in my hands for about an hour.

So far it hasn't crapped out on me. This is my first electronic cigarette and i've been lurking this board since about tuesday when i ordered the NPRO.

Honestly, i was kind of apprehensive about getting it because based on what i've read here, i heard it was a real turd. Fortunately i have found thus far, this is not the case. While it is a super mini, it works pretty good and seems to put out a lot of vapor. The only problem with it is the drag is really hard. It does look almost exactly like a real cigarette.

I found that when i cover one of the two holes on the side, not only does it put out more vapor, but it activates the heating element and battery light more consistently. Just sucking on it, the battery light cuts in and out a little bit, but stays on real good when i cover one of the holes, better vapor too, no idea why.

While i do like the njoy, i have already put in an order for some Pure and Cash E-juices! That, and an extra pee-wee atomizer for the npro (just in case). Next week i plan on getting a pen-style from steve and two more 10ml bottles of juice. I'm working on making my own nicotine e-juice and a... erm, special..... herbal juice of my own design. I'll leave it at that.

But the point is, i've gone 3 hours now without a cigarette and i have no desire to smoke one. I'd like to thank everyone here at the e-cigarette forum for the wealth of information it contains. Truly some brilliant thinkers, designers, and businessmen here!

The npro is alright, but i have no doubt in my mind that steve or one of the other guys that has a super mini is selling the exact same combination of parts for 2/3rds of the price of the npro. In fact, my guess is, they are all made in the same 2 or 3 factories in china.

I actually ordered an extra peewee atomizer from puresmoker.com with my juices, so i can inspect the atomizers and let you guys know what i find and if they are 100% similar as i suspect.

The thing i don't like about how NJOY does business is, why do the freakin' carts cost like four times as much? I am still gonna take advantage of the warranty but their cart prices are pretty much totally out of control.
It's extortion!

Also, i'm in detroit, michigan. So i'm from the states and will be trying out and reviewing some US suppliers in the next few months.

Well, i've already got the atomizer on order from him because it's compatible anyways. It should be here monday, I just want to see if it's identical. The atomizer in the njoy looks different from how i assumed it would, it seems to work very well for being so small. I have also been checking the wick on the atomizer every hour or so, looking for burning or carbon buildup, and nothing has showed yet. In fact it seems the wick is very effective at doing it's job. I am probably being ultra-paranoid and by the time i burn out an atomizer i won't even be looking for it and it will blind-side me, but i like to know how the devices work/stop working.

I have found that now that i'm not worried about my cigarette burning out, i just take a puff every 20 minutes and feel satisfied.

This is definitely changing my smoking experience, however, i enjoy it as much as i enjoyed cigarettes, so i can't really bitch about it. The standard njoy menthol is kind of annoying, can anyone tell me how the pure menthol from cash compares?

I have never had njoy menthol so I can't tell you how it compares. But I have pure menthol 36mg from cash that I use with 18mg cig flavor juice to bring up the nic level. Even mixed at 50/50 the flavor of the menthol (more minty than menthol) is quite strong. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Yeah man, i know they are compatible (that's why i ordered it) what i want to know is if they are exactly identical. It's not unusual for them to be compatible but in my opinion, with the kind of marketing njoy does, i think it is remarkable if the same product costs 30 dollars less from a smaller supplier.
I mean let's face it, their advertising and marketing is good (i hear their service is alright, too), but not 30 extra dollars worth of good +300 extra a year for carts.
Also, imagine what a bulk discount they are getting? Njoy is probably buying 10,000 at a time while i can't imagine you are doing shipments of more than 1000 a month, and still you run circles around their prices and service. IMO for them to sell the exact same product and make this much profit is absurd and will run them out of business.
