I dont feel pressured, I'm a analytical thinker. When he said made in china that was it for me.

There's nothing wrong with a lot of Chinese made devices and they can be had for great prices. There will always be a place in my collection for Chinese and American mods.

I agree with this. Not everyone can afford a Provari, and many that can may easily prefer something else. There is a place in vaping for nearly any product, whether its made in the USA, China, or Timbucktoo.

It's all about one's needs and expectations for their PV. That's why my first comment was how long the OP wanted his device to last. That is to my way of thinking the most crucial difference between the two devices.

I'm going on 30 days aim my ProVari Mini... it's all I've ever known, hits like a champ, built like a tank and won't break the bank. I don't need to swap batteries for 48 hrs. either.

Doesn't the lavatube also us the zmax/vamo/svd/CVI chip just limited to VV only? In that case, I can't see a reason to buy it for 80 bucks unless you love the look.

From what I have seen it seems like this is the case that is why I was talking about a Vamo V2 ... why pay more for same or lesser device
