Some beginner questions

I just found out a week ago that these exist. Blew my mind. I seen it at Arundel Mills Mall in Maryland. I work in the mall as well and wanted to be able to smoke without having to go outside. I really like the benifits of not intaking tar and other chemicals. Been smoking "reds" for 13 years now. about 3/4 a pack a day. sometimes more if im playing texas hold'em. he he. anyway, the kiosk here is smokingeverywhere as well and I did do some research as best as I could and found nothing about them in the forums. but everyone loved vapouring so much i couldn't wait to get started so $200 later I got my first e-cig. can i cry of wallet-pain now or later? ummm later. The first time I vaped at 7pm to 7:30pm, it seamed I was getting nothing out of the darn thing. I certainly wanted a damn marboro really bad. but fighted off the urge. next urge was at 9pm and so I tried the e-cig again and low and behold the damn atomizer was smoking like a B!@#H. after it stopped smoking from the atomizer i tried to smoke it and nothing... the end would light up for about 2 seconds and then shut off. no vapour. Back to REDS. next morning I took it to the kiosk and it started smoking in front of them so they replaced the atomizer for me. Used it today for 4 times and 2 real cigerettes and at 7pm tonight same thing. no vapor. shuts off. and I really really REALLY NEED A F&@#NG CIGERETTE!!!! back to REDS. Im new to this guys and I DID read the forums but did not find this thread until 7:20pm tonight. ironic huh? I wish i found it faster and saved ALL THAT MONEY!!! ok now I cry. this idea of saving my lungs and all is what I definitly want but do not which way to go. im lost and need help. who do I buy from. ive seen names posted and a few websites and something about a 901 or something but no real evidence pointing a real direction. I really want to do this. almost all of my savings are now gone due to other problems and I had just enough left over for that ugly nasty company down the hall (smoking everywhere). so it will be 2 weeks before I can try again. (Payday). I'll check back here every couple of hours to see if anyone can help. Also, do you have to clean the atomizer. How? any help with tech. of taking care of the e-cig, or how to smoke properly(13y of reds.... I suck pretty hard).

Sorry to hear about your experience; it sounds very similar to mine. I visit your mall every once and a while. I think I'm going to stop by and give them a piece of my mind. I'm going to tell them that I will post a video review on Youtube and try my hardest to make it such that when someone does a google search for their product, they will see my comments on a message board or video post two search results down the page, right after their main site. I'd hate to act like such a friggin' prick, but these 'fers have really ticked me off.

If I can find 10 other people in the Washington DC metro area, I'm going to try to start a law suit against them. Even if the suit doesn't go through, they will surely settle out of court by compensating me by giving me ALL my money back plus more for my time.

Yea, SmokingEverywhere starting in Florida and then moved up the east coast very rapidly. They've been featured on Fox and NBC news (the videos are linked off their main website). Since they are the only resellers with a physical store and they get so much visual attention in malls, they have pretty much become the forefront of electronic smoking in North America. I'm guessing that they're expanding so rapidly because they want to push their cruddy product and bogus warranty quickly before they get shut down or pushed out the market by better retailers (Janty - come on, make a kiosk).

By the way, many of SmokingEverywhere's kiosks are franchised, in that the owner of the one particular stand is looking out for his/her best interest, and not always aligning those interests with those of the company owners.

First thing I would do is email the smokingeverywhere company with the concerns and the mall site information at which you bought it. Next thing I would do is go to that kiosk as soon as the mall opens on a Saturday. I would explain to the guy that I am not happy with his product and want a full refund...politely. If told no, I would, politely again, explain that the product does not work as advertised and I would like a full refund. If he still refused I would, yet again politely, explain to him that I have nothing to do that day. My current plans for the day will include standing by his kiosk and each time a potential customer comes up to the kiosk I will ask again "May I please have a refund for this product that does not work as advertised? I am very unhappy with the product and even more-so the service of your company. I would appreciate a full refund for your defective product". Then...if he shrugs and thinks you won't do it...do it. After a few lost customers, I guarantee you he will refund you. And there's not a damn thing he can do about it either. You are in a public place and you're not yelling, screaming or calling him names. You are doing nothing wrong by simply asking him repeatedly to refund your money for an item. If a security guard is called explain this to the security guard and ask him to please explain what rule is being broken. Then be sure to post and tell us how it turns out!

I ordered on a sunday night and the kit was in my mailbox on wed. . It's my first mini and I love it. I haven't had a real cig in over 24 hours!I am/was about a 3/4 pack a day smoker and I'm still on my 1st cartridge after 24 hours w/o any cravings or thoughts of killing the wife

Mommyshann that is Freakin awesome i use to work at a Kiosk and I'm sure once 1 or 2 people come up to buy and this happens IT WILL work. I just feel that this company is going to cause this whole industry to collapse or to be Brought to the attention of major people that will in turn probably shut down the sales of E-Cigs being brought in or Sold in General in the U.S. I feel for anyone who has bought these peices of crap for an outrageous price and can't return it. I think we should start a petition or ok maybe just a Thread on SAY NO TO SMOKING EVERYWHERE

Hi all, I too just gave into the impulse buy at Arundel Mills from SmokingEverywhere. They had a great sales pitch and I had been kinda keeping my eyes open for one of these things for some time. $150 sounded rather steep, but if it got me off of real cigarettes then it was cheap in the long run. I got it home, charged it overnight and am smoking real cigarettes today. No vapor from the silly thing and the liquid that ends up on my lips and tongue is rather nasty. I had no idea such a community existed (guess I shoulda looked first). It will be a few days before I can get back down to the mall (I live about an hour away) to see if I can get a refund or something, but I would definitely warn against this brand.

This is friggin' hilarious. I live in Annapolis, MD. My fiance and I got suckered into the same scam at a "Smoking Everwhere" kiosk in the Annapolis Mall. To make a long story short, we shelled out $300 for two kits. A week later, the atomizers sporadically failed on us. Sometimes they kick like a mule, sometimes you get a head rush cause you're pulling so hard just to get a little smoke out of it. I tried cleaning the atomizers - boiling, vinegar, rubbing alcohol... you name it. It made things better for about one day. Since then, I've purchased the penstyle from PUREsmoker. It's pulling like a champ... and I'm still kicking myself for blowing $300. I could have had 6 kits for the price I paid for two!
