Sorry, I was simply refering to to size difference and that they may be here on work visas. Many in this city are. I'm a poker player and play with many from the mid east and they are always talking about having to watch their p's and q's because they can be told to leave. One is a well known poker pro that owns several smoke shops here and he's just about to be sent home because of some trouble her got in.

Also, just for the record, I am the least predjudice person you will ever meet. I'm just not good with how I phrase things.

Thanks for the clarification, just be careful here that you're not offending people.

I say how funny it would be if everyone got together in a coordinating single day around the country and all went to the kiosks of smoking everywhere at once and all asked for a refund of our hard earned money ....
Just think of it..so many people all at once demanding a refund ! I think it would make the news...LOL

Are you absolutely certain? I haven’t it right in front of me to make sure but I thought it might be a DSE103. I looked at the kr208 That could be it too but I haven’t gotten a good look at it. I have a supplier friend who wants to know so he can stock cheap carts for it.

As for "Smoking Everywhere" goes I was introduced to it vaping because of them. I do feel slightly ripped off though. However, the warranty experience I have had here in Portland is excellent. The sales people have been very accommodating and quick to replace the malfunctioning part. So far I have replaced the following parts under the warranty: 2 batteries (soon to be 3 as I believe one is setting up to die) and one atomizer. It only produced a wisp of smoke so I killed (which was kind of hard to do) it and turned it in. The new atomizer’s steel wool wick has a support bracket the old one did not.

The way I have chosen to look at it is that the warranty will eventually make up for the inflated price. (It least this thought keeps me from getting too upset)

I am now in the market for a new mini. Possibly an evo I will look and see what the down sides are to it. I am a former 2 pack + a day smoker so I qualify as a chain smoker. I am going to be a bit hard on any device due to this. I run through about 5 or 6 24mg carts a day right now.

Bottom line, I do not suggest buying a smoking everywhere e cig as they are over priced for what they are. (If I had known about cheaper models I would have bought one ) And it sounds like the warranty is kind of hit and miss depending on location.

    Default A good e-cig

Hi there, I'm brand new to this forum and e-cigs, and I posted this earlier today (see below), but I don't know where mypost is, or even where to find the replies, but I see you have some knowledge of smokingeverywhere, so if you could please help me with my question, that would be great. PS They lied to me too, and already, since I bought my first kit from them on 2-19-09, I can't get them to work, and am waiting for them to send me my 3rd kit; their Gold kit even, which is supposed to be the best. Thanks for your help.

I've probably read over 300 threads on this site, but, until now, I haven't decided to post anything - mostly because at first I lacked experience and knowledge about ecigs. I wanted to post in this thread, though, because my first ecig was a 'SmokingEverywhere' ecig that I bought at Tysons Corner Mall where I live in the Washington DC metro area. Here's the deal with Smoking Everywhere:

It's way, way, way,way overpriced for what it is ($150.00 for a super-mini). On top of that, the salesmen at the kiosks lie to prospective customers. I'm unsure which model they are reselling (it's probably the DSE103), but you can at least rest assured that they are nothing but resellers -or, marketers, if you will- of the same Chinese-patented and manufactured e-cigs that every other merchant sells. One reason why Smokeeverywhere is so expensive is because they are the first non-online, brick-and-mortor retailers that are selling e-cigs mainstream in the U.S; and they need to mark-up their products to recover the cost of their fancy marketing and well stocked kiosks. They have even been featured on NBC and Fox news in the U.S. because of all the attention their in-mall kiosks have gathered around the eastern seaboard. Here's the skinny: They claim that you will get 1 pack of smokes out of the cartridge - LIE. They claim that their atomizers do not break - LIE. In fact, I already went back to the kiosk to ask for another atomizer and the POS salesman lied and told me that atomizers are $50 each, and that is 'cost' to him. He is full of it - atomizers should never retail for more than $10 bucks each. In fact, on SmokingEverwhere.com, they sell the atomizers for their cigs for a still overpriced $20 bucks. I would like to find-out the exact model number of SmokingEverywhere mini so I can buy replacement atomizers from another online vendor when mine finally die.

Anyway, I purchased the smokingeverywhere cigs in the beginning of october. I have since then bought a classic pen style and a 'great white' from Jane at E-Cig Sales. I heard about Jane from several members of this board; especially about her liquid, which is awesome. When I spoke to Jane on the phone, she seemed incredibly honest and forthcoming when it came to these devices. Just have a look at her website and you'll see her debunk several lies even in her product descriptions - lies about battery life, cart life, etc... I have been happy with Jane's products so far. And I now know that atomizers should be considered disposable, and I can order a new atomizer every month as mine die for 10 bucks each (Jane will probably sell me 5 atomizers for a discount two). Now, I'm not advocating for Jane. You can get the same products she sells from various online outlets. I'm just using her as an example of of a no-joke, no nonsense, honest reseller of these products. My atomizer was almost completely dead with my SmokingEverywhere mini; and it wasn't until I read posts on this forum that I realized methods for reviving dead atomizers (basically, you need to keep adding juice to the car, so as not to dry-out the fiber that sits inside the heat coil in the center of your atomizer; further, you can steam clean the atomizer with one of those handheld steamers that run for about $20 bucks on late-night infomercials).

sorry, I tend to digress. Anyway, back on subject - do NOT buy from smoking everywhere. The kisok owners/salesmen are bigtime liars and they think that customers such as you and I will never look online at sites like this to discover the truth, so they think they can feed us whatever misinformation/disinformation they want to.

I think my next purchase will be from LiteCig, or maybe ePuffer. I'm also considering a Ruyan Bling (a member Kate on this forum seems to love them). I also read today a post reply from Leaford (I think) where he states that the '2nd generation' of e-cigs should be out in the next couple of months. I can't wait for that...

Hi Mellie, welcome. Quick answer on the side as to finding your own post: after logging in, look for quick links in a bar near the top; choose that, then click on the choice 'own posts' in there. It will show you everywhere you posted. (Also 'new posts' in there will bring up any new posts since last time you visited). Hope that helps

I was wondering - I see alot of great reviews for puresmoker.com but I have been checking his site alot and they never seem to have ANYTHING in stock ...how can he have such great reviews when they don't have anything? and how reliable can they be to have what I need WHEN I need it ? Just wondered why everyone likes them so much....Although I do see their prices are great !!!!!! I am new am researching what is the best e cig to get -- am thinking of getting an "NJOY penstyle" to start with since I can get it locally since puremoker is out of all of them and I am not patient lol so I don't want to wait indefinately ....what does everyone think of NJOY? Also want to get a e cigar since its cartridges last longer (according to puresmoker) so would like to hear reviews on them - also anyone here ever try the e-pipes?? Want to get one for friend ....

glad to have come across this site !!!

Perhaps we should add Smoking Everywhere to the original post, seeing as how many people have issue with them. People may come here for information but be a bit overwhelmed by how much information there is, and lack the motivation to read beyond the first page.

My apologies, I can't edit my post. I was reading several threads at once, this post was intended for another thread entitled "Products and suppliers consumers should be warned about" (I also cannot link to it...)
