No it is not, they would have to outlaw NICOTINE altogether. As for our PVs just walk into any tobacco shop and take a look around as to what is for sale there to deliver nicotine (or at least that is what you have to say!).

And, to turn this thread back from being jacked. All the time, we went out last night dancing and I think we may have pocketed them for 5 minutes of that time, otherwise they were in our hands the whole night

A heck of a lot more than I smoked. Mainly because it doesn't taste like crap. I never liked the taste of analogs and only smoked while drinking (the two just seem to go together). Now I vape most of the day.
