All the time. I enjoy it, so I cut down my nic level accordingly and vape as much as I want. Sometimes I put it down for a while, other times I vape like a fiend. I find the less busy I am, the more I vape.

What does all the time mean?
I have been using a 510, poor choice, for a week now, down to 3-4 analog/day but I find if it is near me I'm hitting it every 10 min. Wondered if this was normal? Of course it is a new gadget, so like any other I want to play with it more.

Yeah, that's kind of what I was wondering too. I started Vaping on Friday. I've noticed to satisfy the craving of no analogs, I'm constantly vaping...can you overdose on this thing? Will I eventually be able to vape less? I was a 2-2 1/2 pack a day smoker.

Maybe need to bump the nic up a little What pv are you using The newness factors in here as well as a group I think at least some of us are oc(obsessive compulsive) maybe just me It's a big change physically and psychologically to change over from cigs to vape I think it was Mary Kay who finally got me off cigs entirely When you get down to 3-4 a day, vape and smoke at the same time, take a hit off the cig and then draw off the pv you'll see how much better the vape tastes and get rid of the cigs Whew, long soapbox If you get too much nic you'll get a headache, just put it down for a while

Thanks RIMP...I'm using a Vapor King..which I like a lot and I'm using 36mg juice, which I actually thought was too high. But since you mentioned it, maybe it's more of a pyschological thing than a physical craving. Something about a real cig...I'm going to keep going at it and I think it will get better. I will try some of the tips you mentioned. Thanks!!
