Is it OK that im vaping pretty much constantly?
I havent been able to put mine down since I started about 5 days ago. I was a pack and a half a day smoker. I think im inhaling even more nicotine now. I even feel a little light headed. Im thinking its just the novelty of it and Ill slow it down as time goes on. Im also assuming I would feel more uncomfortable symptoms before having any kind of a serious nic OD. But for 5 days straight I have been constantly vaping and feeling a little light-headed.

Sounds like what I did. Upping the strength of your juice might help you to get the nic you crave quicker, thus allowing you to put the e-cig down for a bit more. I started and stuck with 36mg nic liquid and found I vaped constantly when I switched over. I still do vape heavily but the thing isn't in my hands all the time now and I find I get away from it more and more as the novelty wears off. I think this is the same thing you are experiencing. It's new, it's different, your body is trying to kick a habit and adjust to this new thing, once it does it will become more normal for you.

I did the same thing (and still do sometimes!) and I actually cut down on the nic so that I could have it in my hand constantly without feeling like I was getting too much nic. Many poeple think they need a crazy amount of nic, but later on find that, that's not true.

I do the same at times, it is normal to vape more than smoking analogs. If I use 36 mg of Nic, after 3, or 4 puffs I feel light headed, and stop for the next hour. But with 24 mg of Nic I keep on going. You will eventually taper down to a normal pattern.

I don't think so. I have been vaping since April and I still vape 36 almost constantly. Occasionally I will start to get a headache and will slow down. Other than this I have had very few side effects. I smoked 3 packs a day for 40 year. Even vaping this much I no longer cough or experience any of the effect of smoking 40 years. I am so much better its almost unbelievable.

I'm vaping 12mg right now, and I'll be dropping it down to 9mg soon. I vape like a fiend.

I've chain vaped pretty much since day one, but cut down on the nicotine level slowly. Anything over 18mg makes my ears ring, so I know I'm getting too much. Usually I'm vaping around 6-11mg these days.
If I had to do this outside (or if I worked where it wasn't allowed), I'd probably do it less.

Me too - same as the rest here.
But ya know, being able to put the thing down without it burning to the butt is nice.
So yeah, 2-3 draws, set it down, do some things, pick it back up, 2-3 draws....repeat.
