It was that same "Stand in the Mall" that let me here. The Smoke 51 stand wanted $150 + tax, for 1 atomizer, 2 batts, and 5 carts. At first I thought, "Hey, that's 3 cartons of Cigs here in Texas" so it'll be a cheap deal. Then I found this form, and not only did I get a great deal on a Starter Kit (roughly half the price and more stuff) from one of the suppliers here, I also found a load of really honest people. No punches pulled here about the good, and the bad of e-cigs in all form-factors.

All I can add is keep reading, run searches for the model you're interested in, and ask questions. You're off to a good start.

that looks like a loongtotem with a different brand.
OMG what is with those prices. As an Aussie it costs enough to get one of these ecigs (any brand any type) because of the exchange rate but it looks like these guys have put the price that you would pay in AUD and put the USD before it. Crikey mate!!!! what a rip off
