Customer service question
What is an approriate length of time someone should wait to receive an email reply from a supplier regarding returning an intact, non defective product? There site displays "30 day money back guarantee!"
What is a civilized timeframe-before i devote a serious amount of time and effort to getting my money back? Or do everything in my power to warn other consumers?

I will not rest until I get an email & no I am not psycho! Just someone who usually "votes" so to speak with their money.

I think that the e-cig business is starting to take off, so you have to give them more time to email you. but you are right they should email you in 24 hours if they are running their bussiness well.

If they don't reply within four working days email them a reminder, your original might have been lost. If you haven't got a reply within a working week then send the hardware back with a covering letter by signed for delivery and email them to tell them what you've done. Then a week after the parcel has been delivered if they haven't contacted you or refunded you email them again. A week later if you haven't heard anything take action to recover the money.
