Trials and tribulations of a newbie

Well I can't say where I saw the ad for the e-cigarettes. I really dont remember. But it lead me to Blucig.

I had been wanting to quit the analogs for a while but had tried the patch, the gum... well you know. A new idea at last!! Get my nicotine and yet eliminate everything else that analogs curse smokers with. I saw this as a way to get far away from analogs forever.

I ordered the total package from Blucig. On arrival I charged everything and then followed the whole idea down the path. Only one thing to say.. Yes!! I got the nicotine fix and could walk away from analogs at last. Sigh... finally a solution to my addiction.

But then the nightmare began!

One week after my kit arrives I get the warning from Blu ... do not use the PCC.. What?? Explosions - fire - umm right. Just hang tough for 4 to 6 weeks and they will send me a new PCC that does not explode? My job keeps me working as many as 14 hours a day... I NEED the pcc. Ok... I will just try to fudge things a bit.. keep a bat plugged into the computer on my desk so I always have a new battery to use. Whew! This might work... maybe. Umm not. My battery runs down .. Whew!... the one on computer shows it is charged.. change out and .. one puff.. two puffs.. and I get the 30 blinks of death. What?

I find that the USB charger doesn't always work properly. It will stop charging even though the battery is not charged and show that the batt is charged. And now I discover that one of the batteries will not last more than about 20 minutes.

So I have the 510 on the way... thank you Cignot for a price that is unreal and made me order that bare minimum kit. I read more and more on here.. Have USB pass on order... Magnum batts from Totally wicked.. if you dont get to the sale.. sigh.. so sorry.. no way to beat that wonderful birthday special. .. and juice is on the way.

I feel like an import house now.. but I dont feel like an analog.

As for Blu cig. .. run (don't walk) and get a 510. why settle for less than the best?? With deals out there that match the blu cig why would you want to do what I did and waste your money.... for the same amount of dollars you can get something that will last, and something that you can trust.

Oh good! You found your happy place and didn't have to go through 20 models to get there! Glad you found some deals..they are out there for those willing to look.

Thanks... I have been spending so much time on here the wife has this funny look in her eyes when she sees what I am doing. Then she sighs and walks away. I am reading like a madman all the forums I can read.

The Mods are incredible but I am waiting for that one person to come up with the epiphany to the whole thing.
Not having to dip
Hunting for materials for the carts that hold juice for more than a small time.
An atomizer that is not something from the dark ages.

There is so much to do in this new realm.. hopefully the tobacco industry does not have enough clout to buy the FDA into banning what we need.
