How many posts do I need to have to post elsewhere?

Hey, guys,
I was just wondering how many times I have to post in order to be able to post in other sections and to be able to start my own threads, like say... start a thread in one of the e-cig review sections, etc...
And also, I think I'm going to lose my mind! I'm trying to throw my money at these vendors and the first 2 I wanted to buy starter kits from are out of stock until at least next week! Well, I guess I'll go see now how it goes with the other 3 vendors... Thanks guys!
Btw, can you see my picture up? Cuz I can't see it when I look at my own posts... and I'm kinda discombobulated (did I just say that? I mean, spell that?!) trying to edit my profile and such...

It's an anti-spam thing. We get a lot of sneaky folks in here creating newbie accounts to push their wares.
