I would like to give you good credit for trying so hard- you will make it- hang in there and collect good adivse on this forum. just joined myself.
I have been smokeless since Oct 1 2009. love my e-cig. Want to encourage you that you can do it and guess what I am down to 0 nicotine also.

every 3rd day i get a craving for some nicotine and pop in a 8 mg very low nicotine than back to 0 again. Weaning off works good for me.
