Cannot stand waiting

hi everyone, new to the forums, have been lurking for a few weeks, my first e-cigarette should be here from Steve at PureSmoker, and as everyone usually says the company has been nothing but great. I am tempted to place my order now for some juice, but I suppose I should wait until I actually start to e-smoke before I do that. After two finals today, I smoked my last cigarette - waiting for the garsh darn mail man is killing me, hoping I will be able to cut back my parliament lights. will let you know how my experience is

Welcome Alex. Yep, it's best to wait for it to arrive first and see how you get on with it. Then you can start looking at different tastes and everything if it's good for you.

hurray, what a glorious time, I checked the mailbox and it was there! I have a few newb questions that I am sure have been answered a thousand times, but wasn't able to find them with a little scrolling through..

1) what is this i hear about the "priming" of the atomizer? how long is this period, and how long until it should be fully-ready.
2) what should i do when the e-cigarette is not in use? I understand that I should un-plug the battery, but anything else?

any help is a greatly appreciated

There will be priming fluid in the atomizer when you get the e-cig, This'll either taste OK or horrible, but will pass as you smoke it for a while. The manufacturers put that in there so you don't smoke it when the atomizer is dry. A dry atomizer will burn out if you smoke it. You only need to worry about priming it yourself if you wash and then dry your atomizer to clean it. If you do then drop a few drops of eliquid in the atomizer to get it wet before using it.

Some folks leave their atomizers on a paper towel overnight to drain fluid out of them. I was doing that but I didn't find it made much difference.

ordering my Second from Steve today... yeah boyee!! I'm excited I bought my First from Steve 2 weeks ago before Thanksgiving (Black Penstyle) and now I'm moving on up and getting me a Black mini to take out and about with me.

Well, I bought got my first ecig today. I got the black mini from steve at puresmoker. he's been amazing already with his prompt correspondence and answers to my pesky questions. This guy was born to run a business.

Anyway, I'm loving it so far. I wasn't a huge fan of the factory carts so don't lose hope if you aren't either. I purchased a few juices with my initial order too and that made the world of difference for me. I'm currently vaping the CaSH Peach Juice and I love it. I even got ballsy and took it to the bar with me tonight (phoenix, az) and vaped all night long with no problem. A few weird looks, but no problems.

I'm a normal pack-a-day guy and I got my mini around 10:30 this morning and haven't craved a cig yet. I've gotten my fix (and then some) from my mini. And that includes when I was standing outside the bar with all my friends smoking tobacco in my face. I vaped and I was perfectly content with that.

So far, it's everything I had hoped for and more. I wish you the same luck.

Well I like I said I got my mini on monday, and I haven't had a cigarette since, it is now thursday morning, and it's definitely been over two years (which may not be a long time for some of you smoke stacks ) since it's been this long without an analog-cig.

The first cart that I tried was the Regular Low cart, and the cart/mouth piece didn't go in all the way, so my atomizer would get pretty heated even though there was plenty of juice still in the cart (I realized that the cart needs to be pushed pretty ALL the way in to get a good vap) - but shortly after that, I started with the Medium/High carts, and they all pushed in to the maximum, and they were just flipping heaven! the High-Nic cart was definitely a doosie! I have some juice and an extra atomizer in my cart from PureSmoker, and I am just waiting for my darn e-Check to clear (I really need to link my debit/paypal account). But thanks again steve, this is the bee's knees.

I'm right there with you guys. I didn't sleep too well out of anticipation for my first e-cig. Ordered another one from PureSmoker the other day and I'm trying to forget about it until it gets here... it's not going well
