I've got all kinds of carto tanks--Phiniac, IBTanked, X8, generic Smoktek, and an AMP tank (which is technically an Atty Tank, not a carto tank) and none of them leak if I lay them down.

One of the secrets to sealing up your carto tanks is to be sure the o-rings (around the caps, AND inside, around your carto) are lubed up before assembly. Putting together a carto tank with dry o-rings makes it more difficult to get together, the friction can damage the o-rings over times, and a little liquid on the rings just helps them seal up better.

I use a tiny bit of straight VG on my finger, which I wipe on the o-rings, AND on the inside of the tank tube, and the outside of my cartos before assembly. This makes them go together VERY easily, and they seal up like a champ...
    zapped and Baditude like this.

Hana Modz V3 Mini, eVic, Silver Bullet, AcryliMax Copperwood, RoughStack Shorty, ChiYou Clones, iTaste VV, 2 AMP Tanks, KFL+, Youde Igo W-5 with Crest Cap, 901 HH357s, Terminator-C, Terminator RDAs, Octopus RDAs, Mini DID Clone, and a bunch of eGos and Vivi Novas and 901 attys...

I just bought the viva nova tank system to go with my Prodigy V3. I cannot get it to work on the mod, however it works on EGO battery. Can someone tell me what I need in order for it to work on my mod?

I use a Pro Tank as well. I bought because the build looked sturdy; i.e. Pyrex and stainless. I'd like to get into rebuilding, but i've heard it's hit and miss. Any ideas or suggestions how I should start?
