Average Intake

I am trying to judge my intake, and was curious what other people's intakes are also. Currently I have a 30ml at 24mg and it has seemed to last me more than two weeks of only vaping. (I'm still working on my first bottle) How many ml and strength do you go through on average (daily, weekly, etc)?

I use 30 ml of 36 mg. in a week. Whatever it takes to say off of analogs.Some say this is too much, some use more than this. Just depends.

Depends on the person and how much you vape.

Sitting infront of my computer at night, chain vaping, 26 mg works fine for me.

At work where I have to go out for a smoke, 36 mg is not enough. To vape like you smoke analogs, you need powerfull stuff.

The nice thing is you can vape alot, unlike smokes where after chaining 5 or more you feel like crap. The bad thing about vape is you have to do it a lot more to get the same effect.

The answer is: not a clue. I always went by 2ml equals about a pack of cigarettes. So a 30ml bottle should be about a carton and a half. But then I cut that with 1/3 PG/VG so I'm stretching it even further. But I'm always vaping differnt flavors at differnt times. 2 30ml bottles probably last me a month after cutting. During my work day, my vaping matches my old smoking routine. The only time I throw caution to the wind is when I'm vaping in front of the computer with my USB PT, then I turn into a chain vaping maniac.

My suggestion is to buy 1 30ml bottle per cartons of smokes. That seems to give a little elbow room. But ALWAYS leave yourself a buffer zone while waiting for the mailman. It's better to have too much juice rather than running short.

I only ran short once and that was due to a mailing error.

P.S. I really need to get a 3ml bottle of juice and vape that for a day. I just can't bring myself to vape only one flavor for a whole day!

I am with ProfessorDaffy. I can't seem to vape the same flavor all day. I think it depends a little also if I use a 510 or 801 atty on my mod. I think that I go thru more with the 801 as it seems to deliver more vapor. I usually have about 400-500ml on hand at any time. Oops, make that 500-600ml. I forgot that I just bought some more. I tend to use no less than three flavors a day. If I had to guess, I would say that I probably use about 3-4ml of 24mg per day.

If a 30 ml bottle is equal to a carton of cigarettes and I only use 30 ml of liquid a week this means I am using less ecigs that cigarettes. I smoked up to 3 packs a day which is 2 cartons a week. To equal this I should be using 2-30ml bottles. Is this correct. I only use l 30ml bottle a week at the present time.

How do we know 30 ml equals a carton of cigarettes. I have never heard of this before.
