For instance, there is a man who lives one level above me and when the weather is nice, he enjoys opening his window and placing a fan in it to blow the outside air into his bedroom. Understandable. Well. right under his window, in front of my building, is where I would enjoy a smoke about 4 times a night. He didn't like that so much, because my smoke would blow straight in with the crisp night air. He would storm down the stairs and ask me to stop and I would tell him to piss off and get over it.
