    Default OMG My First 901

    Hi Everyone,

    I'm currently dying in nicoheaven.

Got the great starter kit from Katy at smokelessshop. I had impulsively bought what turns out to be a supermini, which I actually like very much. Vaping is much better than smoking, imho. Then found this forum and the adoration of the 901. Now, I know why.

The draw is much easier. The vapor is incredible. I can blow rings with it. I was worried about the cigar-type mouthpiece. The supermini I have is round like a cig, though as said, the draw is harder.

Yes... there is a disgusting primer on the new atomizer. I remembered reading something about that on this forum AFTER I tried using it. Sort of a plasticy, burnt hair type of grossness. So, blew out the atomizer, but it still took a bit to get rid of that weird taste. I did some heavy puffs and dripped on the atomizer. Now, tasting sweet.

There is a definite learning curve switching to e-smokes. The draw is different. The flavor is different. The experience is different. But I gotta say, its great so far. Does the trick. Great to vape at work and not have to go outside. Also, because I never liked a whole cigarette-- just like a few puffs more frequently. With this I can do that.

It seems there is a definite skill and experience needed for keeping the equipment going and the vaping experience at its peak. That is, all the talk of dripping, topping off, refilling carts, etc. is rather important. It also means vaping takes a bit more time and attention than does analog smoking.

    Ok. That's all for now.

glad to hear you are happy with your e cig mate! the 901 does seem to be very popular on this forum but for me personally i dont particularly like them. good vapour and fairly good battery life, but i need to vape something that at least looks a little bit like a real cigarette!

    I love seeing reactions to a 901.

Id say try a cigar, but you were a light smoker so I dont want you to pop your skull open.

I have always been a penstyle smoker and Mr. Darcy kept trying to convince me to again try the DSE901. I finally did and I had to admit that the DSE901 is a great e-cig. I still enjoy my penstyle more but I have no problem saying that the DSE901 has proven itself over and over again.

    Enjoy...

I've tried RN4072 classics, Janty Kissbox classic, Ruyan 'Bling' ecigar, an epipe and finally got a DSE901. In my experience it's up there with the best of them. I use my Kissbox most but the 901 goes with me when I'm out and about.

I'm happy to recommend them to newbies because I know it's one of the best to start off with.

Keep in mind, my first experience was a super mini with this teeny tuft of wool for the juice, and I liked it!

Question: For my big workhorse: pen style or screwdriver??
