Default 24 Hours Smoke Free and I Never Felt Lazier

Is It the E-cigs, is it me? Is this normal for some people who quit smoking after so long (15 years)? I never once quit in the 15 years I have been smoking. I'm hoping for more energy like people talk about who quit smoking, but I never felt lazier... I dont like feeling lazy

    Everyone adjusts differently after quiting.
Your body needs to adjust to doing with out all that crud from the smokes.
Depends on you, a higher or lower level of nicotine in the carts/juice might make a difference too.
    Either way, congrats

I would have to agree with MagusSteele. I felt horrible for the first few days, almost like having the flu. Just hold on for a couple of more days and see if it improves.

You'll go thru a period of... well... weirdness. That's as best as I can describe it. Some call it "smokers flu" - whatever. It passes. Don't be surprised if you start smelling things you don't care to, tasting things differently, and coughing up crud. Just part of the game.

Don't vape too much before going to bed, or you may wake up with a wicked sore throat and the gags. Drink plenty of water before you sleep. PG sucks moisture out of your mouth and throat.

Your lungs will eventually start to clear up too. This is where the "more energy" claims come in.

    Hope this helps.

Hmmm. Two weeks tomorrow and I feel great. Vaping is way better than smoking. Smooth, cool 'n tasty. My nose feels more open. I've coughed up some crud, which is good. It could all be my imagination, but I feel better, without any nicfits. Patches, gum, lozenges? Nope. E-cigs? Yup. In my experience this is a total A-1 hit. I'm totally showing it off to people.

When your body detoxifies, you can feel "off" and have strange symptoms. It should pass.

But PG does metabolize into lactic acid inside the body as well, which may contribute to the fatigue feeling. But the longer you vape, the better it becomes.

This is all small potatoes compared to cancer & chemo.

Well, surprisingly I have always had a good sense of smell, even better than most non-smokers. I havent coughed up anything, but look forward to it, b/c then I know my lungs are cleaning themselves. I know it's gonna take time. I havent had dry throat, but Im just vaping a bit, putting it down for a bit, kinda like the frequency of when I smoked cigarettes (a pack a day) I've been on medium mostly, then switching to low or no nic. I dont want to overdose, I read alot on how that is complete hell.
