Revolver vs. 702 vs. Sidesho vs. GreenCig HELP!

Hi everyone. I have been reading over and over this forum for the past few days and have spent countless hours here. I know I shouldn't smoke analogs and am ready to move on to ecigs. Unfortunately, I am very confused even after all that research.

Basically, I want an ecig which will be automatic, be similar in size to an analog, and will be cheap and easy to upkeep/maintain.

So far, I have come up with the following brands:

The Modern Vapor Sidesho:
-is this unit similar in size to a regular analog?
-will the pcc stop charging a battery once it's full?
-is it easy to refill the cartridges and what do I need to do that?
-how are the throat hits?
-how is the flavor?
-how long does the battery last?

The Absolutely E-cig 702:
-is this unit the same as the revolver?
-if this unit is indeed the same as the revolver, is there any reason to buy it from revolvercig rather than absolutely e-cig?
-how are the throat hits? flavor? battery life?

The revolvercig revolver elite:
-if this unit is the exact same as the absolutely e-cig 702 with the same exact pcc, then no other questions, otherwise same ones

The GreenCig:
-can I refill cartridges with this unit?
-will this turn out more expensive overall?

I was seriously considering the sidesho until I learned that the pcc isn't the same as the one that comes with the 702 or revolver. Is the sidesho longer or any different than the 702?

Any recommended online retailer for ecig? What about for the liquid?

Basically, I am looking for the best value out of all of these products. If possible, please recommend which of these units is the best value for someone who has never owned an e-cig before, but really wants to asap. Also, I do not have much to spend on all of this, so I will probably be using this ecig for a long time.

What do I need to refill the cartridges? Is there any cheap liquid that is awesome and recommended?

Truth be told, I wanted to know if any one of these products is extremely supperior to any other? If not, what will last longest, taste best, and be cheapest in the long run?

I don't know much about greencig except for it is a 2piece and honestly have not really heard of the sidesho. Should be a rebranded model, i think.

I have bought from absolutelyecigs for the past 10 months and these people are awesome. Try sending them an email and see the response time for yourself. But remember that these people are from China so shipping time will take an extra few days. The price and service you get should be more than worthwhile the wait. One correction is that the M702 is not the absolutely702 cos this model is produced by Smoore (manufacturer of all Mseries). Absolutelyecigs is sort of their English speaking sales department.

The revolver should be 99% the same as the M702 except that the revolver is a rebranded version, meaning that a US supplier had ordered from SMoore and asked them to print their logo and brand on it. If you like the printing on the revolver more than the M702, then that could be a reason to buy from them as well. The reviews for the M702 aka revolver has been very promising on the forums. I will be getting my M702 soon and will hopefully come out with a review as well.

No ecig will last super long. The trick is to find one that works well during its lifespan, which is usually limited. You would be expected to purchase as many spare atomisers and some batteries. If you plan to assemble many ecigs with the spares you bought, an extra PCC might be needed as you only have one charger.

The general rule is that the shorter the battery, the shorter the battery life. Atomisers are consumables. So far, the Mseries produces the best atomisers in the industry imo.

I have also purchased liquid exclusively from absolutelyecigs for more than 10 months. Note that they do not have many flavors. I am not the sort who likes to buy many flavors. I only stick to my fave flave so it doesn't matter to me. You might feel differently. If you do plan to buy liquid, i highly recommend their liquid as i rate it excellent! For a total newbie, i would recommend the M401 or M402. Get as many atomisers and some manual batteries. Also get a USB Passthrough, blank carts and liquid.

If I was to get this kit from absolutelyecigs, it only comes with one battery and atomizer, however it also comes with the pcc. Do I need to buy additional batteries/atomizers or will the one set be sufficient for a long while?

The M401 and M402 is tried and tested. They also have more accessories compared to the new M702. The M702 can be a great outdoor ecig due to the PCC but the M401 and M402 has USB Passthroughs, Manual switches and a possible PCC in the future. In terms of showing off, the M702 should win hands down.

I feel that buying from absolutelyecigs is a good choice. I stick with them for the past 10 months for a good reason. If you buy the M702, its a good idea to get more atomisers and batteries. You should also get some blank cartridge and liquid to last you some time. You may also need another PCC depending on how many spare parts you buy.

I have the revolver and i have to say its the only ecig i need. i do have a 510 but its not an all day ecig like the revolver. if you want something that feels natural like a cig that would be it. and as far as i seen, revolver accessories are cheaper than absolutelyecig, and the kits, tho 5$ more, have free shipping which overall, the total then becomes less than absolutelyecig. plus their pcc looks better and they have mentioned alternative battery and pcc designs in another forum. i got the revolver, my coworkers then got the revolver after i showed them, and then my parents split the double kit right before they sold out. so far all of us have been off of analogs for nearly a month, and i know i feel like this is all i will ever need.

In the section on PCCs:

• The PCC for the Sidesho (a new mini similar to the 401 and described later in this installment) charges one battery and can hold one additional battery, one atomizer, and 4 cartridges. It is available in black and with the Modern Vapor logo and trim in pink or blue as shown below. The Sidesho PCC is discussed in this thread in the Modern Vapor supporting suppliers’ forum.

• The PCC for the Revolver Elite (a brand new super-mini also described further down) charges one battery and also holds one completely assemblede-cig, one atomizer with cartridge, and 4 other cartridges. It has an extra LCD indicator (the black and blue bar in the photo below) to let you know when it's time to recharge the PCC. Since it is charging a 100 mAh super-mini, it is able to do so quickly and at least six times on a PCC charge. Appearance and styling are only as shown. Other than that black bird (which I suppose Edgar Allen Poe would like), I think it is quite handsome (or pretty, depending on your gender). Nicco’s enthusiastic, high-energy review of the e-cig and its PCC appears later in this installment.

As you will see from Nicco Daniels’ high-energy video review (and accompanying ECF thread) of the e-cig and its PCC, he is very enthusiastic about this product. [FYI: Nicco is a very effective pitchman and, I believe, he did receive his kit gratis. However, I am assured that he is not in the employ of Revolver.]

I’ve just learned that the Revolver Elite is a branded M702 that soon will also be carried by LiteCigUSA, which I think of as the Smoore specialist (even though they do carry a couple other product lines). China-based AbsolutelyEcigs currently carries the M702 (for $19 less than the Revolver Elite, but with only one battery and atomizer and the shipping charge is $15 … so I’ll shop stateside for this one).

• Modern Vapor’s Sidesho is a new mini similar to (but not compatible with) the 401. The $80 starter kit ($60 with their 25% discount code) comes with the PCC discussed earlier, two batteries, two atomizers, and four cartridges.

There are many color choices: black, blue, pink, red, stainless, white, and white with stripes. Both auto and manual batteries are available. And notice that Sidesho carts are larger than M401.

The "only" item i can see cheaper is the battery. You forgot to mention that the revolver cartridges are more expensive by 20% and only comes in one color.

Also, the revolver does not sell a PCC or charger cable separately for those who wants to purchase extra or for replacements.

I personally feel that the PCC i am getting for the M702 looks better so this is pretty subjective.

I also know from absolutelyecigs that a black model of the M702 is coming soon. Also, you can find almost every Mseries model in one website and they are by far the best stocked for anything Mseries.

But i guess this all does not matter at the moment since the revolver is out of stock and customers need to preorder with no indication of the available date whatsoever.

With that being said, every one has their fave supplier. There is always a reason to buy from someone and not from someone else. Thats how different suppliers all survive in one market. I believe that the manufacturer will refrain from selling at too low prices to protect their OEM customers such as revolver. Happy vaping!!!

I think you guys are going to run into problems with the revolver/701 if you run them out of power...

The problem with a PV that ONLY charges through the PCC is that if you run the PCC dead you are going to have to wait for it to charge, then for the PV batt to charge.

I for one would like a dirrect charger from power source to PV batt. Also when the Revolver/701 PCC batt starts to wear out, you cannot simply replace one worn out batt, your whole kit becomes useless, regardless of the number of spare batts you have.

Do they even make a PT for it yet? Nothing worse than running out to buy analogs because a PCC went dead on you and there is NOTHING you can do about it.

Joy oh joy! The Revolver battery will charge in that little universal USB charger that the guys from V4L sent me. You know.. the one that uses a silicone sleeve to hold the battery instead of threads. Haven't found a battery yet that this little sucker won't charge. 510, 901, KR808D-1, Revolver, SE Gold....
