    kid -

your skin is an amazing organ. while any damage done to the elastin fibers deep in the dermis is pretty much irreversible, your epidermis constinuously sheds and pushes forth new cells.

let me assure you that any sagging or wrinkles are not going to improve without cosmetic surgery. but discoloration, roughness, overly dry or oil skin can all be changed by body chemistry.

i'm no esthetician or dermatologist but i am a cosmotologist so i know a bit about skin and its properties.

the biggest improvements i have seen is that my skin looks brighter and healthier. a healthy glow, if you will. also, the moisture balance in my skin seems better too. my face is less oily but not overly dry. not sure if this a result of quitting cigs or introducing PG though.

i guess the only thing to say about the subject of the matter is that it is a healthier alternative but is still undetermined since esmoking is generally new

After 5 days I look 10 years younger... Oh wait, I looked that way before... Must be b/c I take care of my skin... Glucosamin (apply directly on skin), Thayers Rose Petal Witch Hazel Alcohol-Free Toner, 100% Aloe Vera and no meat, only occasional fresh fish, flax oil, LOTS of fresh veggies and fruits, preferebly organic. Don't forget your vitamins.

And don't forget all that extra oxygen your body will be getting from not sucking carbon minoxide and tar will also be beneficial.

Ad people say to stop drinking water, and set the alarm a few hours earlier for the "before" photo shoot, and do the opposite for the "after" one. I don't know if they're joking. I suspect they aren't.
