what an excellent all natural skin regimen. i had a couple of veg-friends in cos school that used this same set up. just curious, are you using a manufactured gluc-cream or are you crushing up gluc-supplements and making your own paste. i've heard good and bad on both.
oh, and just a heads up for anyone that's thinking of trying nadia's regimen...glucosamine is often made from shellfish so if you have an allergy make sure you call the manufacturer of the product your using to find the source for the gluc.
another great skin benefit for those interested, and i'm sure nadia's well aware being in FL and all, glucosamine is great for repairing UV-damaged skin.

Slian,
I use Dr. Varon's Glucosamin-k night firming cream before I go to bed (when I remember, lol) and I never purposely tan.
If I'm going to be outside for long periods of time I use baby sunscreen 50 spf.
Never use products containing alcohol, although I do drink sometimes
I have also noticed since I quit smoking my skin doesn't seem to be as dry (its been nearly a week).

All the comments about vasoconstrictive effect of nicotine and aging is related is probably true. Also one of the major factor for ageing in smoker is decrease absorbtion of Vit C. Nicotine decrease absorbtion of the vit C because nicotine boost metabolic rate and it increases metabolism of vit C.
Vit C is crucial for healthy collegen level. Decrease in collegen level decrease the elastic property of your skin and thus adds the ageing process. Also important antioxidant for your body.
