Milano e cigarette -already returned one and now 2nd is playing up - please help

Hi everyone, I have searched the site and read the trouble shooting guide but am still at a loss about exactly what might be the problem with my new Milano cigarette and what I can do. This is the 2nd one I have had (first one replaced as tip wouldnt light even after repeated charging). Now after a day this one is dead. I put in a mint cartridge initially and got some flavour and vapour but not much. So put it back to recharge overnight but still big problems. When I draw the tip lights up and flashes rapidly for about 15 secs as far as I can count and I get a mint taste but no vapour at all. According to the useless booklet this could mean it needs recharging but it has been charged to death. I seem to have assembled it properly and am at a complete loss. Have tried a new cartridge in case first one is dead (although haven't managed to smoke it really) and still no joy. Apologies if an repeating a previous problem with this model or being truly stupid. Any help gratefully appreciated, I'm going slowly mad.

I'm sure you're not being stupid, and I join you in going mad. Started using my Milano yesterday a.m., brilliant, then it ran out tonight and it won't recharge. The green light on the charger refuses to change to red and after 2 hours it managed to release one tiny little puff. An hour on the internet shows this to be not uncommon with Milano and I notice that the company I bought it from no longer sells it. Having said that I've never found it so easy to 'stop' smoking as the last 48 hours, 95% effortless. I'll be ordering a new ecigarette first thing in the morning, though not the Milano! Best of luck in changing over, I hope you find one that's fine for you.

I looked at it online but no pictures of just the battery - so not sure what model it is. Impossible to know without seeing the battery end...
