What replaces the battery is the usb lead equaz. If you want to say the usb lead is the battery, then it is the same with both. One comes with the atomizer already attached (somewhere) and the other doesn't. Period.

No, I never said the USB "lead" is the battery. The USB device is definitely NOT a battery; it's just called a battery by the company. A battery is a device that stores power and then provides it independent of the original source -- not a device that channels power from an existing source. Again: The USB "passthrough battery" is NOT a battery.

After the incident I just recounted where I pointed out your mistake, that's when you started looking for "inaccuracies" in my statements in other threads.

Like that Johnson Creek refrigeration thing you just pointed out in this thread, that had nothing to do with the discussion, but is yet another example of something I didn't know yet cause I didn't read it yet.

I'm new here. It doesn't make sense for you to be nasty about those things to a newbie. The only possibilities are that you're either a jackass, which I doubt since I haven't seen you act that way with other people (...though I am new here so I may just not have seen it yet) -- or I hurt your ego and you needed to get back at me.

USB passthrough battery for M401

The USB Passthroughs for the M401 are avalible in black from Royalsmokers. They show white in the pic but they said they all were black for the M401. I ordered some, so I can update here when I get it and try it out.

I looked on Royalsmoker before and think I saw those, I'm pretty sure they're USB chargers for the 401 battery, not an actual USB passthrough. Could you post a link though? Thanks.

They have them both, the charger and passthrough. The passthrough is listed as a charger though, they have that part wrong on there site.

Yeah that's what I saw. Looks like you're right, it does look like it's a passthrough. It's not clear if it comes with the atomizer etc or if it's just the USB device.

Please do let us know about these when you receive them, I'm very curious! The lack of a USB passthrough is a big problem for me with the 401.

How did you get around the order minimum at Royalsmoker, by the way? Or did you actually order enough to make the minimum? I'd order one of these now but needless to say I don't want to spend that much at the moment
