PG vs. Non-PG liquid

What is the difference between PJ and Non-PJ e-juice (like those from Johnson Creek), and what are the implications of each? How do they work differently and is one recommended over the other?

The main difference is some people are allergic to PG and just cannot tolerate it. Many products (e.g. tobacco cigarettes) use mix of both.

VG is also said to be sweeter and killing the taste, but producing much more vapour. That is true. I am not sure how extra added PG behaves flavour-wise.
