Hi people After vaping for about a week ive come to realise something and that is... I never actually needed the nicotine, what i really needed was the time to myself that i got with a cigerrete. So i would park up somewhere and smoke on my own, or on holiday it would give me time to sit and ponder with a cigerette. Ive only vaped twice a day and ive been fine and i would usually smoke 7-10 cigerettes a day. Now how/what do i smoke that has no nicotine in it? can i just buy flavour on its own and smoke that? |

Many of the e-liquid vendors offer a 0-nicotine juice.

My man! Yea I'm with you bro, you don't need the nicotine. From my limited experience/research: JuicyLiquids seem to have a good selection of 0 nic juices. GL.

Buy some vegetable glycerin at the health food store, mix it with 20% distilled water (4:1), add flavor (lorann's). Should cost you about $15-20 total for a year's worth of really heavy vaping. Now, maybe take some of the money you've saved by making your own "no nic juice" and donate it to the SPCA. |

I am wondering if I will be the same way. I only smoke 1/2 pack of ultra light cigarettes a day. I have quit before, and when started back, I never went back to smoking in my house, car or smoking a pack a day. My boyfriend hates cigarettes, so I don't smoke around him. We went on a weekend trip and I only smoked 1 cigarette the whole time. It really didn't bother me that much. I ordered a kit 2 weeks ago, but I haven't received it yet. There is some kind of hold-up getting it from China. I really want to try this and see how it is! I ordered some juice from somewhere else that is 12mg. Now I am wondering if the 12mg will be too much.

I know exactly what you mean! I seem to crave the time by myself or with other smokers - than I do the analog cigarette itself. Unlike you, however, I still crave the nic |

I have always stated that cigarete smoking to me was more of a ritual and no t just nicotine. Tapping the pack Packing the cig Lighting with my zippo (never butane) Enjoying the first drag If someone offered me a cig they lit i didnt enjoy it. It interrupted my ritual. Vaping gives me a ritual - getting my liquid, modding my carts when I use them, plus the hand/oral thing. I have also vaped 0 nic for a day and didnt have the "nic-rage". - I had my PV and was happy. I use the nicotine because I know it is keeping me away from the analogs, but I am getting lower and lower as each week goes by. |
