Bull*****.
FDA Double talk.

..."Based upon our review of a number of these products, they are
drug/device combinations that require approval by FDA before they may be
legally marketed in the United States..."

AND

..." except for
the limited testing it has performed,.."

Which is it FDA? Numerous or limited?

..."the FDA analyses
detected carcinogens, including nitrosamines. FDA also found varying
levels of nicotine in cartridges labeled as containing the same level of
nicotine as well as the presence of nicotine in cartridges labeled as
containing no nicotine. These test results indicate that these products
are manufactured under inadequate or non-existent controls..."

And what? Smokes that are FDA approved don't have
nicotine or nitrosamines? Where's the proof that e-cig products are manufactured in inadequate or non-existent controlled facilities. As opposed to buying smokes manufactured in India, or "European"? As in what? Chernobyl?

..."FDA is concerned that electronic cigarettes, cigars, or pipes may
introduce young people to nicotine use which may lead to an increase in
the use of conventional tobacco products with well-known, adverse,
health consequences"...

Pardon my stupidity FDA - legalized sales of cigarettes or nicotine products don't introduce young people to nicotine use. Whoops, my bad.

Speaking of my stupidity, I am also completely unaware of the over 4,000 chemicals/substances that the FDA has approved safe for human consumption (as in wear it, eat it, smell it, see it), safe for the enviornment and safe for animals.

I sooooooo love having extra antibiotics and steroids with my meat. Oh yes, I definitely want an extra helping of potassium chloride and nitrate with a sprinking of Blue #1,#2,#3 and Yellow #3.

And may I please have a pound of white sugar in my coffee? My adrenal glands have been feeling good lately, that's just not normal.

What's that you say? Aspartame? Definetly a half cup of that.
