Interesting that customs actually released your kit.
I've been vaping for a bit more than a year, and have mostly ordered from EU countries.
I get most of my stuff from UK, but have also ordered from Janty (Netherlands) and Flavourart (Italy). No problems whatsoever, so customs do seem to differentiate between EU and non-EU shipments.

Update!
The cigarettes from China that were released by customs, was unfortunately seized by a medical authority. So I got an empty box.
Luckily I today got the cigarettes, I ordered Monday in the UK. It's amazing how much it's like analog cigarettes. Hope never to fall back on analog cigarettes again.

Still enjoying it; but think I'm smoking a little to much now. The taste is just so god, better as analogs
