Rinsing with water did not get it out of the atomizer either, had to soak it in coke overnight before it was gone.

I would imagine aniseed is the same but after experiencing the fennel I have not been brave enough to try it.
Gah, that sounds awful Keef, ha.

I have a small Absinthe sample sitting here, and I'm skeeered to put it in an atomizer to try it!

I like Fennel in food but vaping it made me feel sick.......
Blaaa gives me the shivers just thinking about it

Even worse I bought 30ml of the blerdy stuff

Gave it away to someone as I did not have the heart to charge for it and he thought it was great , no accounting for taste

Sounds like the gawd awful Cream I got that came from Dekang. Rotten Cream Cheese flavor that would not come out of the atomizer (soaking in Grain Alcohol for 2 days finally did it).

The taste was so horrible it made me nauseated and now when I think of it I get the willies.... gahg!!!

Hellen, the absinthe isn't as strong as the fennel I had from Janty. Keef's right on that one. The absinthe has well absinthe and according to DV blurb on TW site:

"ABSINTHE: Our absinthe e-juice is made with over 20 herbs and spices, carefully blended to recreate the luxurious aniseed and wormwood flavour beloved of poets and artists, madmen and lovers. Go on, unleash your inner Bohemian!

"Nick O'Teen" as he's know here also doesn't use any tobacco flavors on his 'Habana Reserve' but uses 'herbs and spices' to 'recreate' etc. etc.

Thanks again for all the great advice. As a related question, if I do dedicate one atty to each flavor (say 1 for menthol, 1 for a coffee flavor and 1 for a fruity flavor), does that mean the atty will last longer since I'm not using the same one continuously throughout the day?

It seems the general consensus is that an atty will last 4-6 weeks at best. So if I am rotating 3 different attys throughout the day, does that mean each will last about 3 months? Or does an atty only last about one month regardless of how much (or how little) I use it?

I vaped some new flavors in my 510 yesterday, I just direct drip. Don't even know why I ordered it but I tried 'cotton candy', didn't like the flavor and I tasted it hours later on that atty after dripping various other flavors to try to get rid of it =/ and cotton candy flavor mixed with tobacco is gross

had to just blow that atty out and set it to dry for a while and break out a new one. but next time I'm at wal mart I'm going to look for some straight VG, another post somewhere suggests dripping straight VG and vaping it a few times until its tasteless then switching flavors. saves having to clean it out, dry it out and repriming

Yes if you rotate 3 they will last 3 times as long but in reality they wont live any longer.

Try to get people to tell you how much liquid they vape per atty and not how long it lasts.

Someone vaping 5ml a week will get a much longer life than someone vaping 20 ml - 30 ml
