You bought it at a store? Like a physical place? Take it back and cuss them out!!! They deserve it. How dare they sell a piece of crap set up like that to you. You DESERVE all your money back, and you DESERVE a decent working product.

Offer to get your lawyer involved. That might cause them to want to refund your money. Did you pay with a credit or check card? Dispute it with your bank. They might be able to stop pay.

well........(longgggggggggg sigh) i was excited that i got a replacement atty and replacement charger today. But i took two good hits and now nothing. A member is having me test out the cart to see if they sent a dry one, havent done it yet...but dayum....this is rediculous

I found for me that carts don't work nearly as well as carts filled with liquid. You will probably like liquid better. Those replacement carts seem to be a little drier than they should be. I have this model also, or one of their models anyways. It's way bigger than a regular cig if that helps anyone identify it (I don't know because my brother bought it for me and I don't have the packaging it came in anymore. I didn't know there were 2 models from njoy either till i read this post ><). I don't like it at all. It doesn't even seem to hit near as well with liquid as some of my friends models do with replacement carts. I would get headaches from sucking so hard on it. I almost gave up on ecigs after using that thinking they would all be the same.

So, try that liquid stuff out before you give up on it. It's night and day.
