Don't be discouraged! We'll get you to quit soon enough.

I suspect that a shipment of devices went out and they mixed up the chargers. NJoy make 2 different styles of the cigarette size PVs. There is the Npro and the Ncig. The Npro is approximately the size of a king size cig, and the ncig is considerably larger.

Therefore, you probably have the battery for one model and the charger for another.

Perhaps if you can include a picture we can better identify the model.

If it isn't too late, I would suggest returning the product for a refund and purchasing a starter kit online. Do a quick search for 901, 510, or KR808. They are similar to the njoy, but much cheaper.

    Vape well, brothers and sisters,
    Scott

try just pushing the battery in the charger with out twisting do this with the charger already plugged in see what the indicator lights are doing...its just a guess maybe you don't need to screw battery

That really is a bummer for you. I am in Michigan myself and have a spare 510 charger if that will help you out personally I don't care for the 3pc models I prefer the 2pc cartomizers like the GreenCig that I use. I live in Howell which is 35 miles east of Lansing. I am more than happy to meet you to give it to you or send it in the mail, your choice.

    In Use: GreenCig, JuiceBox.

I agree with db2K, you can get the same thing or something else (maybe better) online, with only a few days turnaround from vendors located in the US. And the battery charger issue is probably a shipment mixup. BTW, how are you using the eCig if you can't charge the battery?
If you have an NJOY NPRO model that looks like a cigarette, that is an RN 4081, and you may have better luck getting the question answered at the model-specific forum, RN 4081 *Super Mini* - e-cigarette-forum.com • The place for electronic cigarette reviews, news and chat. Also read the FAQ and "sticky" posts at the top first to see if there is anything that could help you.
Also, the NJOY website NJOY Electronic Cigarettes - The Smoking Alternative with All the Pleasures Without All the Problems will have pictures of the charger and cigarettes, and it has 1-800 support numbers and emails on it as well - they may be able to help you quickly determine what the issue is.
Good Luck and don't give up- eCigs are great! Read more on the forums, this is a fantastic resource.

the problem with getting something "better" is that i have spent 70 dollars on a product that does not work. The store will not refund my money, and calling njoy is a joke, i get nothing but a voicemail and no return calls.

They came fully charged, or so the store manager said. But after using them for an hour, they started blinking....hence me trying to charge them and finding out they dont screw into the charger. It sucks to be finally ready to quit smoking....get all hyped up for your stop smoking date, and now this. So I guess I wait for a call from Njoy? lol..who knows. I will check out the forum you suggested

You took it back to the store and they can't even get to work. Plus they tried others they had on the shelf and none of them worked either!!! What possible excuse could they give you for not refunding your money? That's criminal! Unbelievable!
