I remember reading your post where you were talking about how there's no smoking where you are and how you were going to be using it while djing that night and how everyone was gonna be asking you questions and stuff like that. But I never saw anything after that.

Was it posted in the wrong sub-sections and just got moved? From what I read and remember, I don't recall seeing anything that would break any rules. Perhaps a mod could clarify what happened so no one makes the same mistake?

    I can't edit my post??

I figured it'd get moved. I didn't see any reason for a deletion. What ended up happening? Did you get a bunch of your friends interested?

    Hi Vik,

I don't think you did anything wrong. You have over 15 posts and are no longer a new member. You have graduated to a full member. Full members are discouraged from starting threads in the new member section. You can of course answer questions, just not start the thread. You can now start threads in the different areas of the General Forum. I copied and pasted parts of the rules for you below.

You can start new threads in the New Members' Forum, but you'll find that you can't start threads in any other forums, although you can post in existing threads in most.

Just a quick note - as a "junior member" you have restricted posting privileges until you have made your first 15 posts, at which point you will become a "full member".

Additionally, would you please refrain from starting threads in the New Members' Forum once you have full-member permissions? You may not yet view yourself as a "full member" but we'd like you to join in with the rest of the forum as soon as possible, and leave the new-members forum to the brand, spanking, new members!

One of the mods probably moved your thread to the General Thread.

Maybe if we find the moved thread, we can get the ending to the story. Anyone got a link ??
