    First tip. Don't vape.
If you already quit smoking why get addicted to nicotine again?

like I said I am ready to do the break down dance thinkin I can vape down to no nic. I've been smokin for over ten years and the removal of nic does mess you up it is like a drug so it makes sence.

If you want to start vaping then I'd suggest buying a Joye 510 starter kit.

Or you can start with 0 (zero) nicotine and stay with zero.
I quit instantly with my first vape on 4 November 2009. Thank You ECF!

I congratulate you for not smoking for 3 months without nicotine. I was never able to do this. I could not go even a day without smoking. I have been vaping 7 1/2 months and it satisfies my nicotine addiction. My brother quite years ago and he told me he still wants and craves a cigarette each day. I know many other people who had quit for a long time and started smoking again. It looks like to me you really never get over the nicotine addiction. They say it is one of the worst addictions threre is.

If by "break down dance" you mean that you're going to start smoking again, then by all means, start vaping instead.

I think that some people forget that quitting for a few weeks is something that many of us have done... repeatedly.

If you have not smoked for 3 weeks the Nicotine is out of your system, so I have to agree with the others who say, dont start again.

I would order a 510 kit and 0 nic juice.Threes seem to be the hardest when i quit smoking before it seemed the 3rd day-3rd week and the 3rd month was the worst.
I started back to smoking on the 3rd month this time with vaping i'm having no problems going without smoking at all it's been really easy i don't even think about smoking.
