Glycerin can be animal OR vegetable based.
That is exactly what I meant. All PG will be Vegan and kosher as there is no chance of having animal fats in it, but keep in mind that PG liquid won't neccessarily be labeled as kosher if it hasn't been blessed by a rabbi, even though it meets all the criteria for such a blessing.
