I think i have a bad Batt

I ordered a 901 kit and a usb passtrough from pure somker and recieved it yesterday. i have charged both batteries for at least twelve hours and on my usb and one of the batteries it works great and i love it . but my other battery when i inhale the light comes on but no smoke . i put it back on the charger for a few more hours and stll nothing. the usb is great and i love it. was able to Vape while my batteries were charging up and didnt have to wait, like i did with my first e-cig, the epuffer magnum (it sucks compared to this one). everybody says that puresmoker is easy to deal with so i hope my expirence is the same, the shipping was super fast i ordered on saturday and recieved it on wednesday.

I have a messed up a battery and another forum member mentioned a tip which worked for me. He said take off the battery and blow on both ends of it a couple times..the part that connects to the atomizer, and the led part...sounds weird but it worked for me. I have to keep doing it every so often but it's worth a shot, but since you just got your e-cig maybe talk to Cash.

Your atomizer is obviously working properly as it fires with your other battery and you have charged it enough that it sounds like it is a dead on arrival and will need to be replaced. Make such that it is threading down properly like your working one and is making contact. I got one from Steve at Puresmoker that kept going on by itself and he told me to stick a paper clip up into it and wiggle it around before I sent it back and that worked, but I think your problem might be different. Steve is really good about these issues and will probably send you out a new one before he receives the bad one. Remember we are all dealing with China here and quality control is always an issue!!

thanks for the tips! i tried blowing into both ends of the battery but that didnt help . i used the contact us form on puresmokers website to let him know that i had an issue with the one battery.
