There are all sorts of reasons for people starting to smoke. I was a teen looking to p off my parents for their rigid rules. Since my mother was the original anti smoker, I decided that smoking would be a good way to rebel. I have never hidden my smoking from my children because I don't believe it is a good to lie or hide who you are from your kids. What happens, for example, if your kids believe you don't smoke or have quit, then you get sick from it? Double whammy: you are sick AND you lied. Whatever! Neither my 20 year old daughter nor my 16 year old son have any interest in smoking but have no objection to other people smoking. If modeling anti smoking were a cure all for the problem of teen smoking, my mom could have been the poster girl for it.

Well, considering that I used to chain smoke around Mike, I'm not worrying about vaping around him. I had a peach faced lovebird who died in 2007, and I wondered if all the second hand smoke had taken a couple years off her life. So that was a big part of my motive to quit analog smoking. The PG is a bit of an unknown, but I'll take that over the known harm of second hand smoke. But, on the other hand, I'm not blowing it in his beak, either.

Thanks! To me, there is such a thing as too much love. I am glad to know that I am hated by those who I make drool!
