Hey does anyone know how to track you packages on puresmoker.com? I go into my account and the track order tab but i dont see any place that says were my package is

do you pay through PayPal? I usually get a paypal notification the order has shipped by email and track it through there.

I ordered from them last Thursday, didn't even have time to try and look for them via web and they were already in my mail box. I've only ordered from him once but it was quick and painless.

If the order has shipped, it normally arrives pretty quickly. If it gets to seem too long from the ship date, you can PM Steve and he'll look into it. It seemed the only time there was delayed delivery was during the holidays....and the problem was with the post office.

The biggest problem with US Postal Tracking is it will say shipped, then they never update their site until it's been delivered.

I wasn't able to track mine either but it showed up right on time based on what the USPS website says CA to here should take. Though the email sent says "to track click . . . " . . . think he should change that if it isn't true

Ditto on what everyone else has said; you'll get a shipped notice but no tracking. Having to deal with them quite often with our online business, USPS is quite annoying with the semi-functional tracking.

Well, it cán be worse... I got an email yesterday telling me my order had been shipped now... meaning the order I recieved around 10 days ago

Yeah I really dislike the usps. I ordered from puresmoker last Wed and he got it in the mail Thurs. Still waiting (very impatiently! ) on my delivery. So much for 2 days. Maybe tomorrow.

if you guys who ordered from puresmoker.com really want the tracking number you can email Steve@puresmoker.com and he will send you the usps tracking number, but most of the time you will get it before you can blink.. at least 3 days delivery in the continental U.S.
