    I find that I rarely ever change carts. I alternate between two, mint and vanilla. Usually just top off an I'm good.

    I wash the fiber and what not but I'm with JHerandez, unless I change flavor I just keep topping off the cart until it doesn't fit right (901)

    It's easier not to take out the sponge and just flush the water straight through the cartridge.
