Atomizer help, please!
I've had my first e-cig for about a week. In that time, throat hits and vapor have been decent only about 40% of the time. I'm thinking I might have a defective one.
Today, the atomizer doesn't do anything. I've made sure I have fully charged batteries, new cartridges and I cleaned the atomizer with warm water 2 nights ago. Tonight, nothing. It doesn't vape, or heat up.
Is it defective or am I doing something wrong/missing something? I'm frustrated because I had to go buy analogs tonight. However, I should be getting my next order of supplies (2nd e-cig, extra batt, extra atomizer, juice, etc) tomorrow.
Please advise. Thanks in advance!

If you have charged and tried both batteries and a new cartridge--then that atomizer is a dud--get it replaced and always have spares around if you really want to never have another analog again--not like you can run down to the store and get "a pack of atomizers please"!!!

Same problem here. Glad I bought an extra atomizer with my order and have a third on the way. I am planning on ordering several more when I get some extra money so I never have to worry about it again. I just really hope my current atomizer will last until I get another one in. I don't want to go back to analogs while waiting for parts.
Unfortunately, it seems that atomizers are considered consumables. Some people can get a long life out of them and others replace them every few weeks.
If God is watching us, the least we can do is provide some entertainment.

What model e-cig do you have? You can try boiling the atomizer in water for 60 seconds (moving it around in the water with tongs to clean it). I smoked about a pack a day before I got my 901 and I havn't touched an analog since. But after a week my 901's draw and vapor output became very weak. Boiling solved that problem.
Some people on this forum have luck with boiling a dead atomizer and reviving it.
I guess it all depends on luck. My NPro and DSE901 atomizer are still going strong.
IMPORTANT: If you do decide to boil your atomizer, it is crucial that you prime the atomizer coil with 6-8 drops of e-liquid before using it. Atomizers come pre-primed with liquid from the factory. Boiling removes all lubrication, and if you try to use it after boiling without priming it, you can burn the atomizer out.

I agree, Tasdad. I'm just sick that I had to waste my $$ on analogs!

Plastick,
I have the 901 as well (purchased based on reviews). When I cleaned it, I did lubricate it with the e-juice. I'm so glad that I saw that little tip earlier!
I think at this point I'm going to send it back as I will be traveling starting tomorrow and don't want to miss the window to send it back.
But I will try boiling future atomizers. Thanks for the extra tip!
