Ulcers anyone?
Been without analogues now in 09 and so far I've had two mouth ulcers.
I figure it'll settle down soon, hopefully.

I've had what felt like mouth ulcers devolping inside the lower lip but none erupted as yet. I have been suffering with dry lips a bit though.

Mouth ulcers are not the same as the herpes virus you are talking about. I, too, have gotten some mild mouth ulcers since vaping. Herpes sores usually tingle before breakout and people who get them can tell they are getting them. Can be brought on by stress, sun, illness etc. Just like genital herpes. Also, are usually on the outside of the mouth, around the lips.

Yes I've had them as well. I'm not overly concerned by them though. The booklet that came with my Nicorette Inhalator has this line in it:
"When you stop smoking, you may experience mouth ulcers. The reason why this happens is unknown."
So it sounds like something specific to quitting rather than e-cigs in particular.
They died down after a couple of months.

Two ulcers. Where in the mouth? Under the mouth? Lips? Roof of the mouth? Give a location.

I got some mouth ulcers when I quit/started vaping but haven't had any recently.
I have also had loads of cold sores and dry lips. Either quitting or vaping have set them off because I haven't had any for ages and not this many in a row. Luckily they seem to be subsiding now too.

Mouth ulcer - Overview - Causes
It looks like it is a temporary effect of quitting smoking not starting ecigs.
I've been on the ecig since just before xmas and haven't had an ulcer yet. I am getting dry lips though but i can and will live with that

It is quitting smoking that causes those. When I quit for 7 months a few years ago I got some mouth ulcers. They healed up after a little while though.
