I almost got suckered in by these people but then I found this forum. Well, I emailed the local distributor of these rip offs asking what justified their insanely high price. This is their response:

And there is a long list of complaints about your failure to honor that guarantee. I can guarantee it won't rain all year, too. If you look at the small print on all those other websites - they might have a 30 day or 14 day guarantee.
True. And if they honor it, that's better than yours. We as in Clean Cigarettes

See above, and I thought it was for a year? because of our commitment to helping people stop smoking and that the product is so good we are comfortable in doing so. Smoking Everywhere just bought out the second largest company in the US - Njoy.

Essentially most these devices are similar on how they work, but another difference is that our product has all the health dept requirements that insures our product is safe.
I'm sorry, the health department? Of what, Florida? The US doesn't have a health department. We have an FDA, and we all know they haven't approved these as safe. We stand behind our product and we aren't going anywhere.
Sadly. Most of these internet sites that are selling electronic cigarettes are some guy working out of his basement.
Honestly. He's working HONESTLY out of his basement. Again, better than you. Perfect example: I was able to buy a different electonic cigarette before we became a distributor for Smoking Everywhere, I would of loved to stay with them because thier pricing was lower, but two weeks after I made my purchase they were unable to sell me anymore products (cartridges) because they haven't ordered anymore yet?
OK, sadly this is true. Of course, that also says something about his success, perhaps because he is HONEST and honors his guarantee? Small operators aren't set up to handle the volume our company is doing so that is why we are working with the largest and most established in the industry. Bottom line is go ahead a buy one from some individual on ebay or amazon
Amazon? That's Njoy! You just said you bought them! You just dissed yourself, genius! and see what kind of service you recieve and what kind of guarantee you will get.
The same kind you give, you own them. We base our sales on personal relationships with our clients and are there when they need anything - not some email on the internet.
Yes, you are there being rude, yelling at them, calling security, threatening to call the police, and refusing to return their money. Thanks so much for "being there," jerk. Also check on the actual govt approvals these small guys have.
Same as you, none. Because there is no government approval. Our product is superior in flavor,
8 basic flavors, compared to others with a dozen or more. mechanically our batteries last longer and they are guaranteed for life.

before we became a distributor of this product Frank tried other electronic cigarettes. The filters tasted not as good, and the first company we tried the electronic portion of the cigarette kept breaking down. This is the Rollys Royce of the companies and the most reliable.
Funny, that's not what your customers say about them. I have been to their warehouse in Florida and they can provide the product instantly, they are never out of stock.
Never out of stock of crap. Gee, that's swell. We also like the feel of the cigarette, and it is not in anyway a rip-off.
$150 for a supermini is a rip-off. A warranty no one can use is a ripoff. The most important thing is that we offer a lifetime gtd to our product, if it wasn;t really good we could never do this.
Wow, I guess it is for a lifetime. I plan on living a good long lifetime. I guess I'll never need another one, huh? Jerk. I addressed my concerns to Frank and as you can see below this was his response. Thanks for your help.
