Default Headaches is the most common symptom of quitting

Headaches are the number one reported symptom of quitting smoking. It could be nicotine withdrawal but you have to remember there are so many additives to cigarettes that it might be another one or a combination--so long as it is not the PG, it should abate. I would switch to VG just to be on the safe side if the headaches continue. I had read about a small amount of members here on the forum reporting intorlerance to PG before I started, so just to be safe, I started out of the box 3 months ago using strictly VG--Hope all pans out--Sun

Lol, I thought you were serious for a second.

I, too, had headaches for the first couple of days on e-cigs (I cut tobacco out completely).

After a couple of days, they went away. I think it's an issue of detoxing off of the myriad chemicals in analogs and switching to what seems to be a purer version of nicotine.

Theres no way its nicotine withdrawls...more likely nic overdose(or pg allergy) but the weird thing is the headaches is the only symptom I have gotten. The reason I say no way to withdrawl is because I was a light smoker maybe 5 or so parliament ultra lights a day and I have gone days without smoking any cigs before without any headaches or anything.

Oh, I smoked a lot, and full strength, so maybe PG for you, but I think it's withdrawal for me. I cut out analogs cold turkey. Hope you get it worked out soon!

greasyginzo, did you change liquids? IDK if it's just timing. I read somewhere that it takes 96 hrs for nic to get out of your system. I know I'm still using the nic, but all the other stuff I'd been inhaling in an analog...who knows the timing. Anyway, 2 or 3 days ago is when I started to notice my headaches. That just happens to coinside with the timing of getting in my sample kit and trying some other flavors/brands. I'm going to stick with the initial bottle of liquid I received for a couple of days and see if it was the different brand for me.
