Hi Gma Cas I'm sure Kate will have some good advice for you.

I'd probably start off with low. If you feel that isn't giving you enough nic then try some medium next. Rather go that way than overdoing it. I know when i first got mine the damn thing was pretty much glued to my lips .

Thanks for the quick reply UkUsa, I must admit I was thinking along those lines.

No problem, i just got to work so i checked in here before getting started actually working .

Just looked into the ecig you bought and i'm not familiar with it. I'm sure someone who is in the UK will have some idea or have heard of it.

That would suck having to wait 8 hours. While waiting have a good read of the forum. There is a wealth of good info on here.

Anyways, i should get started with work.

Enjoy your ecig once it is charged.

Considering just the *official* nic content of what you smoke, your daily intake from analogs is somewhere around 40 mg. That means you could try any of the liquid strengths (Vapers usually only use up 1-2 ml per day). Maybe buying stronger one and diluting a small part of it with glycerin 50:50 could be a good start. If that (12 or 18 mg per ml depending on the original strength) does not satisfy you, you can easily lower the glycerin part in the next mix until you find what is best for your taste/addiction - Or the other way round, if it is too strong for you. You can also use the stronger stuff occasionally, just a few drops, to give you satisfaction at the time of real need, but not all the time, so you do not increase your drug tolerance.

(Actually, I believe 1mg cigarette is not "low nic" at all. It only has low tar, and that is of no concern to you any more - there is no tar in e-stuff. Low nic cigs are 0,8 mg and less)

Thanks for straightening that out Frankie.

I always just thought that the low meant low everything. I didn't catch the 1mg of nic per cig before.

Hi Cas, welcome to the forum.

UkUsa and Frankie have given you some good advice, I'd agree, use low and have a spike of medium or high occasionally if you get cravings.

This is a good thread for information - Helpful links and videos for a new user.

I'd say most likely, yes. Nicotine breaks down very easily and rapidly, both when exposed to light and to air.

I blacked out the other night at a bar. I think it was the mix of too many shots (about 15 of Hennessy) and having to demo my e-cigs constantly to curious people. I literally went through 2 penstyle batteries, 2 Npro batteries, 1 401 battery and a disposible 401/M8 battery in about 5 1/2 hours. I was puffing on 50/50 mix of JC Tennesee Cured and Peach Cobbler mix 24mg. I woke up on Saturday missing a dental bridge curled up on the bathroom floor of my house...never again...haha.
I love my daughter...thus I vape. Tools of the trade: VMOD XL, Provari, Liquinator, SmokBox Varicool, Ego, Vgo, Exo, Epipemods Viking, Vaprlife Spade, Sparkplug SP2, Foxy's 5v Boxmod, Missy's Wetbox, Madvapes Boxmod and last but not least...my good ole DSE-901 haha!

seanmc, lol!!! I'm sorry that happened to you but that was hilarious!
I OD'ed the second day of vaping. Alot of juice was leaking through the mouthpiece so I just kept swallowing it. I was walking across a parking lot and started having really scary irregular heartbeats and palpitations. I thought I needed to call an ambulance. It didn't dawn on me until later that night that it was the nicotine. I thought it was my mitral valve prolapse acting up :-/
