Evo cart filling disintegrates!
Having worked my way through a number of the Evo carts I decided to try refilling some of the used ones. Washed them out as per the advice on the forum, but found the filling on a number of them just fell apart, making it very hard to get back in! Also, the quantity of filling seemed to vary a lot. Is this a common problem - or am I missing something?

I don't bother to wash mine......I don't think it really matters

I think that's probably the bit I missed! But do they last as long - and what happens if I change the flavours?

Its less tightly packed than the filling in other e-cigs I've got. Seems to be a loose bunch of fibres. It literally only needs a rinse and you can dry by squeezing it in a towel. If you change flavours without cleaning it you do get a bit of flavour mixing. Sometimes this can be a good thing

I must admit it does take ages before one flavour replaces another if you don't wash the filling....if that is important to you then I guess you will have to wash your fillings. Sometimes the mixture of flavours taste even better to me so I don't mind that. All I tend to do now is drip just a couple of drops at a time on the filling....it doesn't last me long before I need to put another couple of drops on though...unlike smoking I do tend to vape quite a lot...it seems hard to put it down. ....The interesting thing is that is seems as if most people are averaging between 2 and 3 ml...of liquid a day ...whatever nic strength they use.

I would never rinse/wash a cart, that is a certain way to kill it, they are cheap enough that you really shouldn't try saving them. I buy pre-filled carts and then refill them with a juice that is comparable to the original flavor. I have seen blank carts sold for as little as 75 cents for a 5 pack.

i can crush my cart and rip the fiber apart. that will kill it for sure. or i can wash and rinse and reuse many times. easy cheap fast.
