Headache..

i'm pretty new with all the e-smoking, vaporing, whatever you want to call it. today was my first day with my 901 and so far so good, the cigarette itself is great.

but heres my question, within 5min of me smoking this i began to get a headache, later is subsided but every other time im smoking im getting the begining of headache coming on. is this normal? god, i hope not lol i dont know if its because i how im drawing on it (to hard?) or what it could be.

my first day i experienced a headache and sore throat; but by the next day both symptoms were gone (i drink lots of water when i vape now).

i'm not sure what caused it, but i can confirm your experience.

I found I got a headache from smoking too much with it at first. I was smoking high nic cartridges and it tasted so good I didn't stop and got too much nicotine. Not sure what strength you are using but too much nic will definitely give you a headache.

well i would think that but i'm smoking a low lvl (11mg) of menthol

Overdose!!!! you will get a head ache from overdose or not enough...be careful.

smoking clam makes a good point- i use high nic cartridges as well, which i may have been overdoing.

this is all new to us so its natural to test our limits w/ these things, trial and error. i think i'm going to have to get low/medium nic carts in the future though- so i can vape as often as i smoked w/o overdoing it on the nic.

I found myself vapping alot more than burning tabacco. That meant you gotta have lower nic. Remember nic gum the higher the nic the more peppery it tastes...same with juice. And you will taste it by accident while vapping. I highly recommend not going for the high or ultra high unless you plan to water it down. Medium is great to just take a toke here and there...low if you are on a marathon....lol...

I tried high nic at first and felt terrible so now I'm on medium and its not so bad.I will probably end up on low nic soon just to be at the level of smoking I was at before!

i highly doubt it was an overdose, because like i said within the first couple tokes my first time using i got a headache, thats impossible for it to be an overdose already especially when im using a low nic cartridge.
