Default New vaper on a mission.

One week with me new e cig, there has been a few mishaps(cigarettes) in that time, I was smoking 25-30 a day. The fact that is you must be dedicated, and that I am. I'm now on a personal mission to get every tobacco smoker to switch to an electronic cigarette. . Happy vaping.

Yay! I am so excited I just ordered my Pilot Hybrid from puresmoker.com today. They were really quick in getting back to me on questions. I've been watching the Pilot for days like a hawk for one to be in stock.

This new e-smoking device has literally been all I can think about 24/7 for the last week. I am so glad Spikey made her video about e-smoke. So many others have been really helpful too - Leoford, and Chris from Cali, and especially Kate. Someday I hope I reach such status as Wholey Smoke too

I've been talking to everyone about it too. I myself generally enjoyed smoking without talking to anyone, especially people coming up to me. Now I bug just about every smoker I see to tell them about vaping :P

Default Never underestimate the dark side of the atomizer.

Ahoy-hoy,

I'll be, hopefully, ordering my first lot of E-cig toys from PureSmoker this thursday and am looking forward to several things.

1) Not smoking something that tastes like charred donkey butts.
2) Not going into lung labour with phlegm-babies every morning.
3) Smoking INSIDE (it's frickin' cold out where I am).
4) Awaiting with great anticipation the first person to see me smoking who just takes a quick glance at the smoke-like substance and instantly goes into that bloody annoying fake coughing routine, merely so i can point at them and make them feel stupid for being an ignorant douche when I reveal the whole.. lack of tobacco smoke thing.
5) Not being kept awake at night by my own wheezing.
6) Having a cool toy to confound and enthrall everyone in town who's never heard of e-smoking.. So.. Everyone, basically. And then shooting them the adress to PureSmoker!
7) Winning the lottery. But that.. really has nothing to do with e-smoking.

Some answers..

No, I'm not a Star Wars nerd, this was just the first name that came to mind when i tried to think of something amusing that made use of the lingo.. And no, I didn't spell Vapour wrong, I'm just canadian, eh?

Default Aieee

Well slap my ass and call me garfunkle.

Not sure why I didn't think to search BEFORE i registered the name, but it seems there's already a DarthVaper. Not only that but he has practically the same avatar I do. Perhaps we were twins seperated at birth, who knows.

Question is, is there some way to change my account name, or should I just some up for some other account with a different email? Hate to be stealin' some dude's forum thunder!.. Or if he's a massive **** I also don't want to be confused for him, and i'm sure s/he feels the same.

Hi Tolken, I love to hear that someone has found my posts helpful. There is quite a strong community spirit here so we try to look after each other.

I got Wholey Smoke because I subscribe to the forum and can change my description when I want. You too could be Wholey Smoke ... I might change mine soon though

Default Is Janty worth it?

I've been thinking about getting the new Janty Dura C that is coming out in march. Does anyone currently use Janty? The replacement parts seems a little spendy compared to others out there. Just wondering if it is worth it.

I'm new too and just got the Janty Dura starter kit (not the Dura C). So far it's pretty good - the flavour that came with it is a bit sweet and ?aniseed/liquorice? flavoured but it feels very similar to smoking a burning leaf.

As for replacement parts, I've read that the Dura is the same as the Yeti, so possibly the spare parts are interchangeable. Anyone know for sure?

Hello Everyone,
I am here to research for my Mom. She has COPD/emphysema and is on oxygen. She has been smoking for 40++ years and has attempted to quit several times. She is very much a hermit and smoking has always been her "best friend". She just got out of the ICU and was on a (sp?) ventilator/life support. We feel VERY blessed that she is still here! The docs have told her that her lungs just cannot handle smoking any longer. She has not smoked since the hospital, but this has happened before and I am afraid it is just a matter of time (minutes/days) before she starts smoking again. She asked me to find her some herbal cigarettes or ANYTHING. This is how I ran across yall. This forum seems so very helpful and concerned about others. There is so much information here though, I am somewhat confused and nervous in making the right choice. If you could please recommend a electronic cigarette that is most like a cigarette as far as size and tobacco flavor. She is on the nicotine patches/gum. I would also like to know about which ones that are less complicated because I or my brother will have to do this for her. She has a touch of dementia and forgets easily. I have also been reading on the COPD forums and pretty much have gathered that if you dont WANT to quit you won't. She states it very plainly that she enjoys smoking and she does not want to quit. So if you could please give me your advice/opinions I would sooo much appreciate it. Thanks for reading my post. (Sorry so long)
