Hi ceejay! Some people do experience a breaking in period, maybe about a week or so? I have the 901 and didn't experience this...BUT, and this is kind of dorky of me: I kept wondering why I wasn't getting anything out of mine, then discovered that my fingers were covering the hole on the atomizer! I was used to smoking my penstlye models, which don't have those holes. I bought a 901 kit from litecig that had two atomizers, and one of them did turn out to be DOA. It was just cold, never heated up at all. I emailed him to let him know and he's going to send me a new one, which is cool.

Did you replace the cartridge before you started? They ship it with an empty / blank cartridge. Try a new cartridge... Good Luck!

There are a variety of factors that go into vapor production. Generally, one or two 'primer' puffs seem to be needed to get the atomizer pre-heated and the 'juices' flowing. If you are an analog smoker, an e-cig really cannot fully copy the throat hit and smoke volume you might expect. To me, my NJOY NCIG pen-style can only seem to replicate a light or ultra-light analog, not the powerful hit I would get from a full strength analog. This is likely why I vape alot.

Add a drop of glycerine to your cartridge for maximum vapour.

I use it as it is. You can simply add a drop to a cartridge or mix some e-liquid with glycerine 50/50 in an eye dropper bottle. Let us know how you get on.

thanks for the suggestions, yes i replaced the blank cartridge that it came with. i used a nicotine cartridge and even put several liquid drops in it and the vapor isn't that great still. i guess this is how it's supposed to be. it's not bad at all but seeing other video reviews their vapor is so much more than what i'm getting!

    I get the opposite impression.
I get more vapor than the videos from all my devices, 901 included.
