Interchangeable parts?

Heya,

A bit of a newbie question but i noticed that the RN4081 and the M/401 look pretty much the same, the atomiser being in the same place and all and I was wondering if the parts (atomiser) is interchangeable?

I don't know for sure Ed but I very much doubt it.

Wasn't there a member working on an interchangeability list a lil while back (may have been on this or another forum).

I wish I could remember for sure, as it sure would come in handy overall to have one list that covered ALL products.
