Well I answered my own question if kit's attys are different than those which are bought as spares and they appear to me they are imo.....I just got my 2nd 510 kit and the attys are great unlike the 2 spares I got earlier. They even look different from the outside (which I know does'nt mean anything about performance) but still. The spares have a wide brass band near the screw fitting and those in kits don't. Again, means nothing but I find it unusual that the kit attys (with the thin brass around the screw fitting works much better..... coincidence...maybe ...maybe not?

so far i'm only have success with 1 from the kit. the other one from the kit is on its last leg, and the one spare i bought died in 5 days. i dunnno. :\ i ordered from cignot this time, so we'll see if these are any better.

I got a kit with 2 atty's and I ordered an extra atty at the same time I ordered my kit. I just looked at all 3 of my atty's and they look exactly the same. I can't tell you which one is the extra one, the brass ring on all 3 of them are identical. I got all of my stuff from myvaporstore.com 3 weeks in and I've been rotating all of my atty's, blowing them out daily and have cleaned 2 of them in hot water once. They all still work great. (knock on wood)

yea, i got them at litecigusa.net. they're straight crap. the first atty was a stainless steel one, and it worked real well right up until died(about 5 days later). the other 2 black ones that came with the kit, so far no good.

i have gotten 510 attys from litecigusa and they are real 510 attys not knock offs. thats just my experience

o no! there real! i wasn't knocking litecig at all. sorry if it was taken that way, i think i just got a few bad ones, from what i have heard, it does happen! I'm on my 3rd and final one from them since last saturday, and this one is working nice now. first one (stainless steel) doesn't even attempt to work, and the 2nd one i tried hardly produces any vapor at all. 3rd ones a charm

sounds like ur not keeping it wet enough
here's a tip.. if u hold the battery on for 5 secs -- if u can see any red of the coil inside the atty... its too Dry

The most common mistake new users make is running the atty to dry. It COULD account for most of the symptoms. How do I know? Been there done that.

Where did you get the two different kinds? There are 2-3 kinds out there. The true Joye the dse and maybe the disposables. Could be a couple of more but I haven't heard of them.
